At Abacus Automation, we design and build custom machines for a broad

range of industries. Each job brings new life and excitement to the

floor. Our Design team creates a machine using a CAD program and then

watches the assemblers and programmers bring their machine to life.

Job Description

• Assemble and prove in machines and diagnose problems using logic and
  
  

mechanical ability

• Understands the functions and goals for each piece of equipment that
  
  

goes into the machine

• Perform all assigned tasks with the interests of the customer in
  
  

mind

• This position requires some travel
  
  

Qualifications

• High School or Technical School Diploma
• One to three years of experience with assembly of mechanical systems
  
  

and components

• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings for assembly of
  
  

equipment

• Able to use hand tools and machine shop tools to make or modify
  
  

parts
