ABA Your Way, LLC is seeking a dedicated, licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team remotely in California. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans while ensuring compliance with clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and privacy regulations.

Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: $85,000 annually
- Monthly Billable Requirement: 100 billable hours
- Graduated Monthly Bonus (paid monthly)

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and re-authorizations to determine patient needs that meet medical necessity
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on medical necessity and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and mid-level supervisors, ensuring quality service delivery
- Deliver parent training and caregiver education to support skill generalization and family success
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Participate in intake processes and coordinate individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with payer requirements and HIPAA regulations
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality policies, and best practices in behavioral health services
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to support clinical quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
- Demonstrated experience conducting behavioral assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans within a behavioral health setting
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, behavioral intervention strategies, ethical guidelines, and evidence-based practices
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and using clinical judgment to adjust treatment strategies
- Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff, including behavior technicians and mid-level providers
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and clinical documentation standards
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance, confidentiality standards, and payer documentation requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while effectively managing multiple clients
- Prior experience in behavioral health or special education settings preferred, but not required
