Behavior Technician – ABA Your Way
We’re a BCBA owned and clinician-led ABA company, and we’re hiring Behavior Technicians who want to do ethical, respectful work with kids and families.
This role is a good fit if you care about why behavior happens and want to support change without force, pressure, or fear.

- Sessions are structured, but flexible

- Physical prompting is not part of our model

What you’ll be doing
- Implement behavior support plans developed by a BCBA
- Build rapport and work collaboratively with families
- Teach functional skills that matter in daily life
- Take simple, meaningful data
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor
- Driving no more than 20 miles to clients
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician specializing in Trauma-Informed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves implementing individualized behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles, experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
