ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in school settings throughout South Tampa. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Clinical Support & Professional Growth
RBTs receive:
- Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs
- Practicum-approved supervisors for individuals pursuing BCBA certification

- Centralized school assignments whenever possible
- Free in-house BACB Type 2 CEUs
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during the school day
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect and document accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, caregivers, and clinical supervisors
- Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements
School-Based Opportunities

- Promoting classroom engagement and participation
- Teaching communication and social skills
- Supporting behavior intervention plans
- Helping students build independence across the school environment

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students succeed in educational settings
