Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Tampa, FL
ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients in the Hillsborough County region. This role allows you to serve between our Tampa clinic, local schools, and home-based environments while working alongside a collaborative team focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients.

Clinical Support for BCBAs
BCBAs at ABA Solutions are supported by a strong clinical and administrative infrastructure so they can focus on client progress and treatment quality.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Analyze data regularly and adjust programming to support client progress
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and related professionals to support skill generalization
- Provide caregiver training to help families implement strategies across environments
- Maintain documentation and supervision standards required by the BACB and funding sources
Caseload Structure
- BCBAs in this role typically work with clients across a combination of settings, which may include:
- Clinic-based services at our Tampa location
School services supporting clients during school hours
Home sessions that support caregiver training and skill generalization - Caseloads are developed with leadership to align with clinical interests, geographic preference, and scheduling needs whenever possible.

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
