Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This role demands 110% effort to complete all tasks, including:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of every child during sessions.
- Collecting and meticulously recording data on client progress.
- Communicating effectively with your BCBA and the clinical team.
