About the Role
As a School-Based RBT, you’ll work primarily within classroom and school settings, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of experienced BCBAs. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to support each student’s individualized goals—helping them succeed academically and socially.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in school settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Collect accurate real-time data on progress and behavior
- Model strategies for teachers and paraprofessionals when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
- Maintain compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with children or students with autism/developmental differences
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered care
- Support students with diverse needs from elementary through high school
- Availability during school hours (Monday–Friday)
