What You’ll Do
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality supervision and coaching to RBTs
- Deliver caregiver training with compassion and clarity
- Monitor progress through data analysis and reassessment
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and internal teams
- Maintain BACB requirements and uphold ethical, trauma-informed care
