What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans
- Oversee and coach RBTs on plan implementation and clinical techniques
- Deliver parent/caregiver training with compassion and skill
- Monitor progress through data analysis and reassessments
- Maintain BACB certification and supervision requirements
- Work collaboratively with schools, caregivers, and internal teams
