This is an hourly position and pay is $80-$110 per hour (depending on experience).
***Candidate must have a BCBA certification through the BACB and live within a reasonable driving distance from Baltimore, MD as in person services are required.***

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum including creating individualized treatment plans. This role demands 110% effort to complete all tasks, including:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of every child during sessions.
- Collecting and meticulously recording data on client progress.
- Providing meaningful session supervision.
