Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with placing food and beverage orders using POS system
- Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met and food safety protocols are followed.
- Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, clearing tables, bussing dishes, and adhering to sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and food safety management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, operating kitchen equipment, and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Availability: Mostly Monday through Friday (shifts typically fall between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM).
Experience: Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
