Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and assist in the development of training programs.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support for employee relations issues.
- Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate employee records management.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
