Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manchester, CT. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client interactions, manage customer accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Responsibilities include providing customer support, such as upfront DFM, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
