ABA Outreach Services is looking for fun and creative people who love children and enjoy working in a school based setting. We offer training for those interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
The role of the School Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is to implement and monitor behavioral supports to meet the needs of students with behavioral needs, including trauma and mental health needs. The RBT supports, trains, and supervises the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans through training and ongoing support of school staff to implement proactive behavioral, social, communication, functional, and education based programming. The position involves collaboration with ABA Outreach Services and School Districts in a school based setting.
School-Based RBTs have a consistent schedule following district academic calendar days.
Applicants need to have experience with children with autism, behavior, emotional disturbance, trauma, and/or mental health.
