We Serve over 30 Northeast Ohio Districts and are looking for highly skilled BCBAs
The role of the School Based Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to assess, plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports to meet the needs of students with behavioral needs, including trauma and mental health needs. The BCBA supports, trains, and supervises the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans through training and ongoing support of Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Therapists and other school staff to implement proactive behavioral, social, communication, functional, and education based programming. The position involves collaboration with families, team members, related services providers in a school based setting.
Work a set contracted days with academic calendar holidays off. School Based BCBAs have access to all ABA Outreach Services resources and templates as well as meet monthly with other BCBAs for collaboration and updates. Our 10 month positions run from August-June with payment spread across 12 months.
We provide a competitive salary based on experience and knowledge working in schools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BCBA and COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) certificate in good standing
- Maintain current National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
- Valid Teaching License through the Ohio Department of Education or experience in schools (Intervention Specialist Certification preferred)
