The role of the School Based Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to assess, plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports to meet the needs of students with behavioral needs, including trauma and mental health needs. The BCBA supports, trains, and supervises the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans through training and ongoing support of Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Therapists and other school staff.
BCBAs work a typical school day and follow the academic calendar. ABA Outreach Services resources and templates and meet monthly to collaborate together. We provide a competitive salary based on experience and knowledge working in schools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BCBA and COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) certificate in good standing
- Valid Teaching License through the Ohio Department of Education or experience in schools (Intervention Specialist Certification preferred)
