BCBA Compensation

• $75–$95 per hour (BCBA rate based on experience)

• Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border

BCBA Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for clinical oversight, treatment planning, and supervision of ABA services. The BCBA ensures ethical, data-driven, and individualized care for each client.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as a BCBA
• Perform skill and behavioral assessments as a BCBA
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans as a BCBA
• Design and monitor behavior intervention plans as a BCBA
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as a BCBA
• Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical quality as a BCBA
• Analyze client data and modify treatment programs as a BCBA
• Provide parent training and caregiver education as a BCBA
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers as a BCBA
• Complete all clinical documentation as a BCBA in compliance with BACB, payer, and Georgia regulations

Part-time BCBA requirement: Part-time BCBAs must maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week.

BCBA Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• 1–2 years of experience working as a BCBA preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs as a BCBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote BCBA role
