Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide patient care and support aligned with treatment goals.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to address behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other BCBA's and special education professionals.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Mentor and support new BCBAs through training and professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Ability for BCBA to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
