As a key member of our team, the Center Manager (In-Clinic) will play a vital role in promoting clinical excellence and family-centered care.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Manager (In-Clinic) to oversee the daily operations of our clinic in Stockbridge, GA. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your expertise will help drive clinic growth, productivity, and continued improvement in our clinical programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of RBTs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent client outcomes
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and client intake
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and implement clinic goals, objectives, and policies
• Monitor and report on clinic performance metrics, including productivity, client satisfaction, and quality of care
• Develop and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure a collaborative approach to care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
  
  
  

About the Role:

As a Center Manager (In-Clinic), you will be based at our clinic in Stockbridge, GA, and will work a standard full-time schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events. You will be an integral part of a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $60,000 annually, paid bi-weekly
• Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually, distributed quarterly, based on clinic growth and RBT productivity
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks (10 business days) of paid time off per year, accrued per ABA Journey policy
• Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
