Licensed Therapist – LMFT / LMHC / LCSW

$60–$70/hour | Orlando & Winter Garden | Flexible Scheduling | Telehealth Available

ABA Alliance Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our team!

We are seeking a Florida-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW who enjoys working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful mental health services in a collaborative behavioral health environment alongside experienced ABA professionals.

We offer $60–$70 per hour, flexible scheduling, and the ability to provide some services through telehealth. Therapists must also be available to provide in-person services at one of our clinic locations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, family, and/or parent-focused therapy based on client needs.

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based mental health interventions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

• Participate in case consultation and clinical team meetings.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Florida requirements.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Active, unrestricted Florida LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, parents, or families preferred.

• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical documentation skills.

• Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to client care.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.
