What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults.
- Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, mood disorders, ADHD, and other behavioral health concerns.
- Utilize a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach to care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within our electronic medical record.
- Collaborate closely with our psychiatric providers and clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Provide both in-person and telehealth services, as appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adolescents and adults.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and/or addiction treatment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
- A passion for helping others and a desire to grow with an expanding private practice.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
