ABA Achievers is seeking a dedicated and motivated BCBA to join our growing, mission-driven team in South Jordan, UT and surrounding areas. Location:
South Jordan, UT (in-home and/or school-based services)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to BTs/RBTs
- Analyze data and monitor client progress to guide clinical decision-making
- Deliver parent training and ongoing support to families
- Modify and adapt treatment programs based on client progress and needs
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical, communication, and data analysis skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
