What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or community settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track progress with accurate, simple data collection
- Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
- Build strong connections with children and their families
- Partner closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
Additional Details
- Sessions take place in the client’s home or community
- Part-time position
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- You have the option to complete the 40-hour RBT course. We’re here to help if you choose to do so.
