Speech Language Pathologist, CF, CCC-SLP

AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist that is available for the 2026/2027 school year.

Job Description:

• Openings in Elementary, Middle, and High Schools - Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location.
• Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – 35 hours per week.
• Contract follows the academic district calendar.

Pay:

• $1,687.50 - $1,837.50/Weekly

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
• National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) OR Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status as determined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist from the Department of Health Services
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.
• Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen).
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
• Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.

Essential Functions:

• Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
