BHT / Behavioral Health Tech Pay:
- $31/hour
- $46.50/hour overtime
- Local and travel pay packages available
- Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday
Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
BHT / Behavioral Health Tech Schedule Timeline:
- Now hiring for an immediate start date
- 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend
- 40 hours per week
- 5 x 8-hour shifts; Days and Evenings available to choose from
BHT / Behavioral Health Tech Job Description:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Create a safe and secure environment for patients
- Assist with patient intake
- Implement de-escalation protocols when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
BHT / Behavioral Health Tech Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Health from an accredited college or university, or equivalent Behavioral or Mental Health work experience.
- Previous experience working with adolescent/young adult patients.
- Clean background check upon hire
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
