Door-to-Door Sales Manager – Commission Based (Fiber Internet & Energy Programs)
Compensation: Commission Only
We are hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead and produce in the field.
This role is 100% door-to-door sales. You will be personally selling and managing a team of 8–10 sales agents selling fiber internet and energy choice programs.
What you'll do
- Personally sell door-to-door
- Manage and coach a team of 8–10 sales reps
- Track team performance and help close deals
- Lead by example in the field
Requirements
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Self-motivated and performance driven
Compensation
Commission-based with leadership overrides.
Average managers earn $125,000 – $150,000 per year with room for growth.
