Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Project Captain role located in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities for some remote work. The Project Captain will oversee project coordination, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. Responsibilities include expediting processes, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring successful project execution. The role requires collaboration with teams, consultants, and builders to achieve project goals effectively while adhering to the studio's design principles and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure on-time project completion
- Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
- Experience with Inspection processes to maintain compliance and quality during each project phase
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to effectively coordinate resources, materials, and schedules
- Proficiency in architecture and design software is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
