We’re expanding our team in Kansas City to provide patient-centered primary care inside skilled nursing facilities. This full-time role offers a flexible daytime schedule with no overnight or on-call responsibilities. You’ll work alongside physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care to residents and help shape their treatment plans.
Highlights
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts; rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No call and no overnight shifts
- See an average of 15-20 patients per day
- Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain clinical and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- NP board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA)
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Comfortable working independently while actively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
