Position highlights
- Full-time and PRN openings with flexible scheduling
- Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No call or overnight responsibilities
- Provide primary care to skilled nursing facility residents: perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and prescribe treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
