We’re expanding our team of clinicians who deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Kalamazoo, Michigan. Where you could work
- Primary: Kalamazoo, MI
- Other Michigan sites: Battle Creek, Escanaba, Iron River, and Traverse City
- Nationwide opportunities available in GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, and WI
What the role looks like
- Full-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling
- Full-time shifts are typically six hours; rounds usually start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.
- No overnight shifts or on-call duties
- Daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities: manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Clinical decision support via UpToDate®

What we’re looking for
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
