Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Battle Creek, MI, with additional facility openings in Escanaba, Iron, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City. Nationwide opportunities also available in GA, IL, KS, LA, MO, NH, NC, OH, TN, and WI.
Schedule and duties
- Full-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling
- Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No call or overnight duties
- Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff
- Document care using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and company‑provided iPad with LTE
- Access UpToDate® for clinical guidance

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
