Schedule and Workload
- Part-time: typically 1-2 days per week per facility
- No fixed daily start/end times
- No call, no overnight shifts
- Average 18-25 patient visits per day

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and medical oversight for skilled nursing facility residents
- Perform evaluations, develop and manage care plans, and document visits
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and facility leadership
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers

Qualifications
- MD or DO with active unrestricted U.S. license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
