Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and operative care for acute orthopedic trauma patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex musculoskeletal injuries
- Coordinate with emergency medicine, critical care, and rehabilitation teams
- Participate in call coverage and required clinical staffing
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with institutional policies
Qualifications
- MD or DO and completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
- Fellowship training or significant experience in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Dakota
