Role highlights
- Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
- No on-call or overnight responsibilities
- Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR, AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Clinical decision support via UpToDate®

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
