Practice scope
- Independent CRNA model with close physician collaboration
- Broad surgical coverage: orthopedics (including spine), general surgery, robotic-assisted cases, ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics
- No cardiac or obstetric cases
Facility profile
- Hospital: 5 ORs, 36 inpatient beds, 10-bed open ICU, 8-bed emergency department staffed by experienced clinicians
- Ambulatory: 4 outpatient surgery center ORs and 1 endoscopy suite
- Additional resources: 2 catheterization labs, active regional post-op pain management program, and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols
- Call schedule: 1:9 with infrequent callbacks and occasional post-call day off

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible CRNA; graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Montana CRNA license or ability to obtain one
