Join a growing academic and clinical practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia, where you’ll provide comprehensive reconstructive and cosmetic care while helping train the next generation of physicians. We’re looking for a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon who is Board-Certified or Board-Eligible and eager to work in a collaborative, educational environment.
What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality care across the full spectrum of plastic surgery, including both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Manage patients through preoperative, operative, and postoperative phases of care.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain timely, accurate medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and academic activities as appropriate.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
What we’re looking for
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
- Completion of an accredited General Surgery or integrated Plastic Surgery residency.
- Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery (required).
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
- Eligibility for West Virginia medical licensure.
