Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions (acute injuries and chronic disorders)
- Perform advanced foot and ankle surgical procedures
- Create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and coding
- Contribute to practice growth, quality improvement, and peer collaboration
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
- Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to a high-touch, patient-focused subspecialty practice model
