Who we’re looking for:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
