Physician-employed inpatient position at a 36-bed acute care hospital in Great Falls, MT. Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a collaborative, physician-led team. 7-on/7-off day shift schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with predictable workload and strong specialty support.

- Schedule: 7-on/7-off, day shift only (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
- Average daily census: ~15 patients
- Nursing ratio: 1:5 (adjusted by acuity)
- Team: dedicated nocturnists, Pulm/Critical Care physician, experienced NP on same 7/7 schedule
- Specialty support: Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and full panel of on-call specialists
- EMR: robust system and efficient workflows
- Procedures: procedural experience preferred but not required

- 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
- 2 cardiac cath lab suites
- 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
- 5 ORs plus a 4-OR Surgery Center
- 5 observation beds
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Montana medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Prior hospital medicine experience; procedural skills preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
