BDC Manager – Automotive Sales

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Sales BDC team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Position Overview
The Automotive BDC Manager is responsible for overseeing all Sales BDC operations, including lead management, training, KPI performance, and daily workflow execution. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, monitor performance, and work closely with dealership leadership to ensure departmental goals are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Sales BDC department
- Train, coach, and develop BDC team members
- Monitor KPIs and ensure performance goals are met
- Ensure all daily tasks, follow-ups, and lead responses are completed accurately and on time
- Manage internet, phone, text, and email leads
- Communicate daily performance and initiatives with the Director
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years Automotive BDC experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual a plus)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up discipline
