What You'll Need
Compensation Range: $90K - $95K

What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and NYS certification
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrated passion for special education and student success
- Collaborative approach and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Coordinate and oversee all operations of the OT department, reporting to the principal
- Responsible for caseload, report writing, and caregiver communication
- Deliver OT related classroom instruction sessions
- Supervise and mentor OT staff, conduct meetings, and lead department training
- Manage scheduling, assessments, and individualized caseloads for students
- Ensure safety and maintenance of the OT Gym, Fine Motor Room, and adaptive equipment
- Build strong partnerships with families, teachers, and outside providers to support each student's goals
