LITIGATION PARALEGAL
The Firm
A well-established small CBD-based firm with a local and national practice is seeking a paralegal to join its team. The atmosphere is upbeat, informal, casual. The firm offers the opportunity to grow and learn from trial lawyers of the highest caliber.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate. At least five (5) years of work experience as a litigation paralegal. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong Excel skills are required. Preference for persons with medical and database experience. Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to work flexible and fluctuating work hours
Responsibilities
This position works for a minimum of three (3) attorneys. Duties include: calendaring, document and medical records management, compiling information for discovery responses, pleadings, motions, depositions, briefs, and trial preparation.

Status of Position
This position is full-time. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
