<>Key Responsibilities- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Support creation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and vendors
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
- Support UAT and requirement clarifications
- Maintain documentation aligned with compliance standards
- Track issues and support delivery milestones
- 2 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to banking, payments, or card services
- Basic understanding of credit card lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Experience using JIRA or Confluence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
