📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Create, document, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, and track defects using QA and defect-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve issues
- Ensure product quality against business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement reviews, and sprint planning
- Recommend improvements to QA processes, tools, and automation strategies
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing techniques
- Hands-on experience with test management or defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of manual testing (automation exposure is a plus)
