The Quality Assurance Analyst is primarily responsible for performing manual and automation functional testing for a suite of products. The role will focus on the analyst's ability to understand testing requirements, test case creation, test execution, and reporting test results for assigned projects. The resource will be an individual contributor with strong technical skills across different layers of the Application stack and good communication skills for collaboration with the rest of the development team, Project Management and Product Management Teams
What you will be responsible for:
- Gather all the requirements by interacting with Product owners and Developers
- Designs and develops test plan and automation test flow for Digital Applications
- Depending on specific requirements, writes effective manual (System and Functional) and automated test cases for Regression testing.
- Experience using Load Testing Software’s like Apache JMeter and/or LoadRunner to measure the Application performance with multiple concurrent users.
- Able to write complex SQL scripts to verify data from MySQL and SQL Server databases
- Experience using Postman to test API manually and automate API testing using Apache HTTP or REST assured libraries
- Performs software defect tracking with appropriate documentation
- Run Defect Triage calls with Developers and Product Owners as needed
- Maintain traceability matrix for the Test cases with the requirements to ensure complete coverage of Test Suite
- Review and analyze post release product issues.
- Assist in investigation and resolution of support-related customer issues as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 5 years of experience working in an agile development environment as a QA/automation engineer
- Expertise in planning, designing and execution of complex testing solutions including Functional, Regression, and End to End testing Proficiency in creating test plans, creating, and updating test cases, test data, executing test cases, logging & tracking defects
- Working knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps or other related products
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plan or any similar tool to organize/manage test scripts.
- Security testing experience
- Fail-safe Testing experience
- Azure Cloud exposure
- Experience with automated Load Testing
Bachelor (B.A./B.S.) degree from four-year College or university required; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $89,000 to $100,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
