Description
The Logistics Analyst will function as a support element for outgoing orders to customers, ensuring overseas shipments are complaint and AES filling have been completed and accurate. Additionally, they will support our contracts department by collecting data and ensuring accuracy of provided out-put..
What you will be responsible for:
- Maintains reports and performs administrative and technical duties that require knowledge of the department, facility, and the company along with current policies, practices and procedures.
- Performs diversified duties including reports preparation, data collection, AES fillings, and business and process documentation.
- Assist with obtaining and researching military shipment packaging requirements to ensure compliance for bids/orders.
- Establishes and maintains an appropriate filing system to retrieve needed materials efficiently.
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the company, and the community; maintains professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
- Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, web-based systems and company WMS.
