Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our current CSRs and field technicians. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule and dispatch pest control technicians
- Maintain customer records and service history
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with technicians and management team
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management or administrative role (pest control or service industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
