Job Summary: We are a family-owned, locally operated sanitation and junk removal company. We are looking for dependable individuals to join our loading crews. We operate on a Day Rate model—when the route is finished, you are done for the day with a full day’s pay.
Duties & Physical Requirements:
- Heavy Lifting: Consistently lift, carry, and throw items weighing 70-80 lbs throughout the shift.
- Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Schedule: Must be available for a 6:00 AM start time. Most routes are completed by 1:00 PM.
- Safety: Must be able to safely navigate around a moving vehicle and handle waste materials.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (for insurance and equipment safety).
- Must have reliable transportation to our Stewartstown location.
- No experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
