Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: $25-$26Job DescriptionMaintenance SupervisorAAMCI is hiring a Lead Maintenance employee to join our team at a 50-unit Section 8, Elderly property in Vero Beach, FL.FULL TIME, M-F 8-5The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.This position participates in on-call emergency for evening, weekends, and Holidays, and pays a premium rate of pay for each call out.AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.Primary duties include, but are not limited to:Perform preventive maintenanceDiagnose mechanical problemsAssemble, install and repair wiring, electrical or electronic componentsAssemble pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipmentUse tools ranging from common hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drill, and wrenches) to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devicesComplete work ordersOrder parts as necessaryRecording type and cost of repair workQualifications necessary for success:HVAC/EPA Certified requiredAbility to adhere to work safety programAbility to perform all duties including but not limited to lifting, climbing, standing, bending, loading, unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weatherBenefits include: company paid telemedicine, medical insurance, company paid employee dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term disability, company paid long-term disability and life insurance.A generous 401K program where the company matches employee contribution up to 5% of annual pay.
