Job Description
- Program, Set up and Operate CNC Mills producing tooling and prototypes (Makino, DMG Mori) 3 and 4 axis Horizontal/Vertical Mills.
- Precision tight tolerance work.
- Verify stock and the Tooling before putting in the machine.
- Set Offsets with a touch probe, Test indicator, or Edge finder.
- Check parts with Micrometers, Telescoping gauges, Calipers, or Touch Probe.
- Second shift starting a 4pm and ending at 2:30pm 10 hours.
